Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FitSnap (the "Service"), operated by FitSnap. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
FitSnap uses AI to turn photos of second-hand clothing into ready-to-list product photos and copy for marketplaces such as Vinted, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and Instagram. The Service is provided "as is" — generated content may contain errors and you remain responsible for what you publish.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use FitSnap. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fitsnap.io of any unauthorised use.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload and to the AI-generated outputs derived from them. You grant FitSnap a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display this content only to provide the Service to you. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, depicts minors in clothing contexts you do not have the right to share, is illegal, hateful or sexually explicit.
4. Plans, payment and refunds
FitSnap offers a free plan and a Pro plan (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the app and may change with prior notice for future billing periods. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal after subscribing; by starting to use Pro features you expressly request immediate performance and accept that the right of withdrawal is lost once the digital content has been delivered. Pro renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time.
5. Fair use
We may apply reasonable limits on uploads, generations and corrections to keep the Service stable. Abuse, scraping, automated mass-uploads or attempts to circumvent quotas may result in suspension.
6. AI limitations
AI-generated photos and copy are illustrative. They may misrepresent brands, sizes, colours or details. Always review every listing before publishing and correct anything inaccurate.
7. Intellectual property
The FitSnap brand, software, design and underlying technology belong to FitSnap. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or resell the Service.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitSnap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost sales arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for damages that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law, with notice unless an immediate action is necessary.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Brussels, without prejudice to the mandatory protections you enjoy as a consumer in your country of residence.
